babys know when you are stressed and it could be feeling that! Maybe try to kick back and realxe if its possible for you, take a gentle bath or even read in a quiet room. Also your baby is growing a lot so movements are becoming a little harder for the little one. For days that I didnt feel my baby kick as much, I'd drink a glass of a sweet sugary drink and lay flat for about an hour and count kicks. there should be atleast 10 in an hour. hope this is a little helpful :)
